REGROUND is currently carrying out the full renovation of a duplex located in the São Miguel neighbourhood of Lisbon, adapting the space to meet the aesthetic and functional standards defined by the new owner.
The intervention includes a wide range of construction works, namely selective demolitions, refurbishment of ceilings and walls using plasterboard, as well as the complete renewal of flooring and wall coverings. All carpentry is being replaced, featuring matt white lacquered finishes combined with oak details, creating a cohesive and contemporary atmosphere.
In parallel, the project also involves the upgrade of water and sewage systems, a full renewal of the electrical installation, and the implementation of modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, ensuring comfort, safety and efficiency throughout the home.
