REGROUND successfully completed a comprehensive modernization of an apartment located in the Marques de Pombal area, in Lisbon, adapting it to the aesthetic standards of the new owner.
The intervention included various construction works, such as some demolitions, rehabilitation of ceilings and walls using plasterboard, renovation of flooring and wall finishes, and a complete replacement of carpentry with custom-designed furniture that combines matte white lacquer and oak details, offering a harmonious and personalized environment.
The project also encompassed the adaptation of water and sewage infrastructures, electrical systems, and HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation) systems.
Outside, the 100 m. garden was transformed with the addition of a small swimming pool and a pergola that houses an outdoor kitchen and dining area, paved with decking. Planter beds along the perimeter and the natural lawn bring a touch of freshness and sophistication, creating an exclusive retreat in the heart of the city.
